Product Description: High-quality engineered stone slab with a 0% silica content designed for countertops, wall cladding, and other applications.
1. Scope of Warranty
This warranty applies to the 0 Silica Engineered Stone Slab (the "Product") purchased directly from Stone Sense Supplier or an authorized distributor and is limited to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Warranty Coverage
Stone Sense Supplier warrants the 0 Silica Engineered Stone Slab against defects in material for a period of 15 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the following:
- Material Defects: The product will be free from defects in material or manufacture that affect its appearance or performance.
If any defect covered under this warranty is found, Stone Sense Supplier will, at its discretion, replace the defective slab at no charge to the original purchaser. However, please note that any costs associated with subsequent fabrication, installation, or transportation are not covered under this warranty.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation: Installation must be done by professionals following the manufacturer's guidelines.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect: Any intentional or accidental damage, including stains, scratches, or burns, resulting from negligence or improper care.
- Changes in color or surface finish: Natural stone products may experience slight color or texture variations over time due to exposure to light, heat, or natural wear and tear.
- Physical damage: Chips, cracks, or other physical damage that occurs after installation due to external impacts or mishandling.
- Damage caused by harsh chemicals or improper cleaning: Use of cleaning agents that are not recommended can void this warranty.
- Improper handling and storage prior to installation: The product must be stored and transported according to the manufacturer's instructions, avoid direct exposure in the sun long time.
- Products not purchased from authorized dealers: Any product not purchased through an authorized distributor or retailer is not covered by this warranty.
4. Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide the following information:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Photographs of the defect or damage.
- A brief description of the issue and circumstances surrounding the defect.
Claims must be submitted in writing to Stone Sense Supplier via email at susan@stonesensesupplier.com.au.
Once the claim is received, Stone Sense Supplier will assess the issue and, if applicable, arrange for repair or replacement. If a replacement slab is required, the original slab must be returned to Stone Sense Supplier at the customer’s expense.
5. Limitations of Liability
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any claims arising out of the purchase or use of the Product. Stone Sense Supplier shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to labor, installation, transportation, or lost profits.
6. Transferability
This Warranty is available only to the original purchaser of the Product and is not transferable to subsequent property owners or purchasers
7. Duration of Warranty
This warranty is valid for 15 years from the date of original purchase. After this period, Stone Sense Supplier will no longer be responsible for any defects or replacements.
